01/02/2014	Group from Southampton / Poole visiting local crag in Swanage. pleasant and sunny winter day. Fell off whilst climbing the route. Leg caught in the rope causing an inverted fall. Due to the inverted fall I swung into the cliff head first, fracturing my skull from the eye socket back towards the ear. I was also knocked unconscious but cam round after c. 5 mins. Walked out and was driven by a friend to a local clinic. Nurse checked me over and sent me on my way with a leaflet. I was then sick and developed a nose bleed. I went to A&E and Poole hospital and spent 24 hours in hospital and head a CT scan in my head and regular obs. Skull fractured. Not able to climb for 6 weeks. No other long term impacts or treatment needed.
