Incident

A route has been ID as having a large boulder (0.5m Diameter) loose near the top and everyone was warning each other through the day about it on the route and it was marked with 3 white (X)’s

While I and one other was passing the belayer to leave a climber on route who had been informed has pulled on the boulder causing it to fall away from the top of the cliff. The climber has shouted down as it’s come away and myself and one other have not been able to reacted. It crushed my climbing partners bag directly in front of him and rolled off down the bank. Everyone has stopped and taken a step back and the climber has apologised.
