Incident
Route required a dyno at height, went for dyno, missed and landed on the edge of a thick pad which was on top of a layer of other pads to cover the gaps. Dislocated my ankle on the fall.
Lessons
Make a level padding area, and if you do want to cover gaps in pads, use a thin pad on top.
