Incident

I was seconding a route and realised around 20 feet off the ground that my right leg was not in my harness leg loop. The rest of my harness was on correctly. I was able to get my leg in the loop without too much trouble as it had a buckle I could unclip whilst staying safely in the rest of my harness.
My climbing partner had checked me at the bottom before we set off.

Lessons

Make sure myself and my partner check my leg loops as well as the knot and harness before setting off.
