Incident

Leader appeared to pull off a loose block around/above the height of the anchor.

Rock fell down to the Upper Tier Ledge (which was quite busy!) then bounced down to the ground on the Lower Tier. Fortunately no one hit.

Lessons

Only climb as high as you absolutely have to on sport routes; avoid grabbing above the chains as this rock will be looser.

Do not climb on the lower tier below climbers on the upper tier.
