Incident

Came across a pair with a dislocated shoulder due to a ongoing injury. Short roped casualty 50m then lowerd him 30m. Other participant soloed the 50m and abseiled the 30m. There were 2 climbing pairs involved and a soloing pair helping with the rescue.

Lessons

Ropes and harnesses should always be carried when doing commiting scrambles. Pas's are invaluable. Rescues with 2 sets of scrambling kit is very time consuming. Should off called mountain rescue to talk casualties off the hill.
