Thanks very much for sending us your report. It's a very interesting case and as far as I know the only reported example of someone using this device to belay.

Unfortunately your report names the wall at which the incident occurred. We can only publish reports that avoid compromising the anonymity of anyone involved unless they expressly agree to be named.

We cannot edit reports in any way. Could you re-submit your report without naming the wall?
