Dear Steve,
Thanks for your suggested changes, they look good to me and I have no other suggestions.
I can't make any changes to your report: the system only allows me to decide if the report can be published. It won't allow me to edit the report, which is designed to ensure that people sending reports can trust that their accounts are published unaltered.
You should have received an email when you first sent the report containing a link to edit the report form that you originally submitted.
Can you make your suggested changes and re-send the report? I can then replace the published report.
Thanks again,
Pete

Dear Steve,
Thanks very much for sharing your experience despite the sad circumstances. I understand that it is a delicate issue to consider, and I hope that our wider community will benefit from the cumulative lessons that emerge as a result of sharing yours and similar experiences. I feel your report still contains lessons worth sharing irrespective of which route was involved.
I notice that your partner inverted after catching a leg on the rope. Do you think it is worth reflecting on this to consider there may be a lesson to share here too?
Avoiding placing a leg over the rope on lead can help prevent inversion on lead fall, but I think only you can say if this was relevant in this case.
Kind regards,
Pete,
