Aladdin E1 5b (but off route).

We had been sport climbing all day (up to 6c+/7a)and I foolishly decided to do a trad route to finish off. The route is not well climbed / well known but looked good from the bottom; it recorded as E1 5b. Re-reading the description, it is pretty clear that I when the wrong way but I had gear in on double ropes. Tried to route find but I was on new ground. Tried to move up but fell off (was a couple of metres right of my top piece). Two bits of gear popped and my belayer only just stopped me decking out - only my palm hitting the ground. I seem to have got away with a minor wrist sprain (actually climbed an easy sport route afterwards). My mate probably saved me from death or serious injury.
