Climber climbed above anchor to top out (anchor was low over prow of rock to prevent damaging rope rub on soft Sandstone rock) but fell. Stumbled backwards and fell headfirst down gully to right of route. Fall was prevented by belayer.

Fandango left hand

I was climbing on a top rope and slipped as soon as I began climbing. I made contact with the ground on rope stretch and badly twisted my ankle on the uneven ground.
