Snakes and Ladders

After abseiling the first abseiling in the Lost World with a third hand, the lead abseiler was to protect the subsequent abseilers by tailing the rope. Once down, the to-be-third abseiler called down telling the lead abseiler to video the second abseiler's descent. Without registering the consequencies of this, they begin recording and moving to a better view away from the rope. After the second abseiler was halfway down, the lead abseiler realises their error and hastly returns to tail the ropes. Luckily, no incident occurred.
